Hamburger Soup

For Berry.  With apologies for forgetting.
Hamburger Soup
750 g ground beef, browned
1 medium onion, chopped and sauted

Drain the fat off, and add following ingredients

1 796 ml can tomatos
1.5 L water
5 beef bouillon cubes
1 can tomato soup
4 chopped carrots
3 stalks chopped celery
1 bay leaf
15 mL parsley
2 mL thyme
125 mL barlely
1mL pepper


Simmer 2 hours, remove bay leaf and serve 8-10 people

If you like potato in your soup try adding left over mashed.  Check this out. Super easy.
