Here s a little something that Haley made at our house one day. Samantha calls it PlayMeDough, and it was played with for many days until the pinks, blues, and greens turned into much less attractive colors. One day soon we will have to make up a new batch.
1 cup flour
1/4 cup salt
1 pkg koolaid, the kind with no sugar
2 tbsp cream of tartar
Stir in
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp oil
Turn burner to medium and stir
I am not sure how long to cook it, as the girls did all the work themselves, and I think they used food coloring in lieu of kool aid as that is not a stock item in my pantry; and it is nice and squishy-soft to work with.
