Crabby Apple Jelly

 Three kinds of crab apples, and a bowl of highbush cranberry
 Boiling the cranberry.
 Straining the apple pulp for clear jelly
 Mashing the crapapples into sauce for apple butter
 Dripping the boiled sauce off the spoon to check for pectin development.  Here it wasn't yet ready.
 It took a lot of boiling.
Crabby apple jelly, and apple butter tinted with pink from cranberries.  Yummy.
