Five Grain Bread

1 pkg yeast
3 c warm water Soak 10 minutes
½ c honey
1/3 c margarine

1 ½ c whole wheat flour
1 ½ c rye
½ c quick cooking rolled oats Add in order given.
½ c cornmeal
2 c white flour Stir 50 times
1 Tbsp salt
¾ c skim milk powder

Cover and rise about 2 hours, until double. Dough will be moist and sticky.
Knead 3 c white flour into dough.
Knead 250 x
Shape into 2 loaves
Place in buttered loaf pan
Rise until 1 inch above rim of pans

Bake @ 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, reduce to 350 for 40 minutes, until crust is dark gold and crisp.
