Little Chocolate Puddings

This is one of the easiest impressive desserts to make.  It tastes like fabulous chocolate bars, but soft textured.  The hardest thing about making them is finding tiny enough containers to pour the pudding into.  It divides up nicely into 12 servings using the little pots pictured.  For one wedding I used plastic disposable shot glasses, and somewhere we found tiny spoons to serve them with.  They display well with boughten cream puffs, and strawberries dipped into chocolate.  For the wedding we used marashino cherries to top off the whipped cream.
Here is the recipe:
Tiny Chocolate Puddings
 1 ½ c milk                           Heat to boiling
2 c chocolate chips
2 eggs
¼ c sugar                             Combine in blender, and when the milk is hot, pour it over
Blend on Low speed for one minute.
Pour into tiny cups and chill for 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream and garnish (chocolate shavings, cherries, or strawberries)
