Clyde Cinnamon Buns
|
One huge recipe when you have a lot of cinnamon bun fans to feed, or a freezer to fill. This is the recipe the way I received it. I am hoping you know to proof the yeast, and so on, as if making bread.
|
36 c flour
2/3 c yeast
6 c warm water
6 c milk
1 ½ c butter
2 c sugar
16 eggs
1 tbsp salt
|
Roll out, spread with butter sugar and cinnamon, roll up and cut 2 ½ inches wide.
|
Pour one tablespoon milk over each bun before baking.
