2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp margarine
1 egg
1 tsp salt Proof the yeast, make the dough and rise until double.
3 c flour
1 ½ tsp yeast
|
Punch down, roll out to ½ inches thick
|
Spread with
½ c soft margarine
1 ¼ c brown sugar
Cinnamon
|
Rise one hour, bake @ 350o 20-22 minutes
|
This is just one of several recipes, but it is a good one. Parchment paper is a wonderful investment to line the pans with. On the days I'm feeling cheap I use my silicone brush to spread vegtable oil on the pans instead.
