Rachel's Salmon Supper

One Saturday night Rachel decided to make her specialty supper; baked salmon,  oven baked fries, and caesar salad.  She substituted asparagus for the green beans as the grocery store did not have the quality of beans to grace the supper. And I made the bread sticks as a contribution to the meal.  So...salmon is not a cheap food to buy, but it is amazing to see how far it goes when served like this.  So it's not any more or less than roast beef, really.  And then there was the Donna Three Day Cheesecake for dessert.  Oh my.  My girl did herself proud that night.
