Coffee Glaze for Donuts
|
½ c butter, softened
3 c icing sugar
Pinch salt Blend until smooth
|
6 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp instant coffee Stir to dissolve coffee
2 tsp vanilla Blend into butter mixture
|
Dip in your donuts. Now, if you use flavored instant coffee the flavor is incredibly enhanced, so maybe just try the plain instant the first time and go from there. Also, this recipe isn’t rocket science like making fudge. If it’s too thin add more sugar, if too thick add a few drops of milk. Enjoy. We surely did.
