Sweet and Sour Wings

Fry about 3 pounds of chicken wings or legs until brown

Keep hot in oven
| |
Blend the following in the pan used to fry the chicken
| |
1 c vinegar
| |
1 c white sugar
| |
½ c soya sauce
| |
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
| |
1 c water
| |
Whisk in 2 Tbsp cornstarch
| |
Make into a thickened gravy
| |
Leave liquid for sweet and sour sauce
| |
Thicken a little more by boiling and/or adding cornstarch to make s&s wings. You may want to add one can of pineapple chunks.

Simmer the chicken in sauce until chicken is thoroughly cooked
