I dug out my mother's old veggie slicer. It was a bonus offer with Renaware pots, sold to her by a young man working his way through law school. The rubber feet don't suction like they should but the cutter works amazingly well. So now I have enough to embellish 9 pots of soup this winter. Funny how soup sounds good again since the weather has a nip to it.
