So I was struck with the whimsical idea that I could paint a picture with nail enamel, after reading an article about Tingatinga art, which was originally done with bicycle enamel. Well, nail enamel dries ridiculously quickly (except on fingernails) and I was glad the canvas was only 12 inches square. And the smell is…intense. None the less, I was happy with the result. And next time I will use acrylic or watercolor!
