Lemon Chicken


Ken’s Lemon Chicken

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Arrange a single layer of thawed chicken breast
Whisk together and pour over chicken:
2/3 c water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 c lemon juice
3 minced cloves garlic
1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
½ tsp thyme
½ t salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Bake at 375o for 45 minutes or until done
