Chocolate Cup Cakes

Chocolate Cup Cakes

1 ½ c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp soda
1/3 c cocoa                   Blend, sifting if necessary to remove flour lumps

1/2 c oil
½ c buttermilk
1 egg                              Add,
1 tsp vanilla                  beat one minute

½ c boiling water          Add, beat in

Makes 12 cupcakes, baked at 375o for 15-20 minutes
