Bread Sticks

1 tbsp yeast
|
1 1/3 c warm water
|
3-3 ½ c flour
|
3 tbsp oil
|
1 tbsp honey Rise the yeast in warm water,
|
1 tsp salt add other ingredients and make a soft dough.
|
Let rise in warm place 45 minutes
|
Heat oven to 400 degrees F
|
Stir down dough, turn onto lightly oiled surface, roll into a long rectangle, and slice into 24 strips. Form into sticks, place on greased cookie sheets. They can be brushed with egg white, and sprinkled with coarse salt or sesame seed. Bake 15 minutes, and remove from pan immediately.
