That way you won't miss any thing. And then you wash the beaters, bowl, measuring cup and counter top and your cleanup is done!
Another thing. ..little lumps of baking soda are very nasty to bite into. So if you suspect lumps just measure the baking soda and run your finger over it as shown to powder any potential soda pockets
And one last thing, you will want to keep your ipad out of the splash zone lest it become like my 17 year old cook book
