Dessert Tonight

Butterscotch Sauce
Butterscotch Sauce

1 ½ c sugar
| |
2 Tbsp corn syrup
| |
¾ buttermilk or plain yogurt
| |
1 tsp baking soda
| |
½ c butter
| |
Boil 7 minutes, remove from heat, add 2 t vanilla
| |
This is incredible on waffles, pancakes, ice cream, chocolate cake and so on. Keep it in the fridge.
