Equipment

Everyone has their favorite cooking helpers.  It all depends on what you cook as to what you need.  These are a few of my favorites;
A silicone brush for oiling my heavyweight cooking sheet.
This is great for greasing bread with olive oil or butter, too.
A really large bowl for making a big batch of cinammon bun dough.
This one came from a garage sale in Kelowna, compliments of my mother in law.
It also works well for serving buns to a large crowd, or filling with ice and dispensing pop cans.

IKEA Trays.
Inexpensive, durable, and useful for turning out the buns into for cooling,
serving the buns on,
or for slicing raw meat on the counter so you don't have to bleach the countertop.
