Quick Oil Biscuits

2 cups flour

3 tsp baking powder Sift together

1 tsp salt

1/3 c oil Pour in all at once

2/3 c milk Mix with fork, knead lightly

10 times

Roll out using a light hand, and cut into shapes with

biscuit cutter

Bake at 425o for 10 minutes

Now, if you are in a hurry you can make drop biscuits that are very good. Simply add one raw egg to the milk and oil, and the batter becomes too runny to roll out. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake.
